This course is for 10th-12th. It is a year-long course and provides a Physical Education credit. It is an all-girls class. There is weightlifting, typically 2-3 days a week. There are also a "form running" day and a game day. Some information is also given, concerning fitness concepts, nutrition, and weight control.
